How does delivery work at SUI Wine Imports?

We work with a trusted logistics partner and a professional warehouse based in the United Kingdom to ensure secure and fast dispatch once wines arrive. However, due to the exclusive nature of our offering, wines are only shipped once the full allocation for a specific reference is sold out. This process ensures that we optimize logistics and maintain the best value for our clients.

When will I receive my order?

As we operate on a pre-sale model, delivery time can vary. Shipping will only be triggered once the full reference (one pallet of wine) has sold out. Depending on demand, this may take days or weeks. Once the wine arrives in our UK warehouse, you can expect delivery within 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive automated updates for full transparency.

Is there a delivery fee?

No. Shipping is included in the price of your wine crate. There are no hidden or additional charges.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept direct debit card payments via our secure checkout system.

Which currency do you use?

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP) only.

Can I return my wine?

No. Due to the nature of our limited, pre-sold allocations, all sales are final. Each crate is packed in original domaine packaging and handled with care. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

1. Choose your wine
   Explore our curated selection of ultra-limited Swiss wines — each one is exclusive to SUI Wine Imports and not available anywhere else outside of Switzerland.
2. Pre-order by the crate
   All wines are sold by the crate (6 bottles). Each reference is shipped only once the entire pallet is sold.
3. Wait for dispatch
   Once the wine reference is fully allocated, we organize shipping from Switzerland to our UK warehouse. You’ll get full tracking updates.
4. Receive your wine
   Your crate will be delivered within 1–3 working days of arrival in the UK — securely and at no extra cost.
