Domaine Neyroud-Fonjallaz
The Neyroud-Fonjallaz domain’s 7.4 acres sit in the heart of the millennium-old Lavaux region, in Chardonne, offering you a panoramic view over Lake Geneva and the Alps. This exceptional region is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our vines are located in several renowned production areas: Chardonne, St. Saphorin, Calamin and Dézaley. Chasselas, our “king” grape that originally comes from our Lake Geneva region, is at its finest here, expressing beautifully the individuality of each terroir. Other specialities such as Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Gamaret thrive here as well. In 1901, Henri Neyroud-Barbey obtained the cellar’s first diploma for the cantonal exposition.
Crowned during a unique celebration in the “Confrerie des Vignerons” in 1999.
Cave des Curtis
In 2000 Jean-Marc Favez, previously a banker decided to become a winemaker. Son of a winemaker, his father Raymond Favez was crowned during a unique celebration, in the “Confrerie des Vignerons” in 1999, dedicated to him. He started the construction of a cave, located in the heart of Lavaux, the vineyards are split in 3 main areas Vevey, Montreux and St-Saphorin.
We can’t make good wines with bad grapes ! So that's why I only cultivate top-quality grapes for an irreproachable final product.

Domaine Mermetus
Nestled in the heart of the Lavaux hillsides, this domain is full of good surprises. The “Domaine Mermetus” is renowned for the quality and diversity of its wines, which are made from around twenty grape varieties spread over 7 hectares divided into 70 parcels.
There is a huge choice of more than 30 wines, with accessible and very good whites and reds of all ranges, with specificities that can only be found in this region.
The production is constantly evolving, as evidenced by the domain’s recent conversion to organic farming, with the ambition to sincerely transmit the identity of the place.
Domaine Des Sieurs
The “Domaine des Sieurs” has about 15 hectares of various grape varieties, a 700 square metre cellar, about 30 stainless steel vats for the storage of some 140,000 litres of wine, and a barrel cellar. Inside the cellar, a banqueting room can accommodate up to 100 people.
In 2005, Jean-Marc Sordet had the opportunity to take over a seven-hectare estate and a cellar in Luins. This acquisition allowed him to acquire a sufficient size to leave the cooperative and produce his wine. From the start, the winegrower joined forces with his son, Fabien. A decade later, the Domaine des Sieurs, named after the largest parcel of land on the estate, has some 15 hectares in facilities built in 2010 next to the family home. The father-son duo works in a very complementary way.
The comprehensive range includes a sparkling wine, a sweet wine, several oak-aged reds, as well as the classic Chasselas, Pinot Noir, and Gamay.

Domaine Louis Bovard
In 1983, Louis-Philippe Bovard – the 10th generation of the Bovard family – took over this 13-hectare estate with the aim of bringing its wines to international acclaim.
His avant-garde approach includes the introduction of new grape varieties to Lavaux (Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah), the study of Lavaux terroirs and climates, the maturing of Chasselas on lees and in barrels, the creation of the Chasselas World Conservatory (to research old, high-quality varieties of this grape variety), and the promotion of a large collection of old Dézaley vintages.
The domaine has been awarded the highest distinctions. It is one of the icons of Swiss wine and enjoys international recognition.
Winner of the 2019 Fête des Vignerons in Vevey

Domaine Vitis Musicalis
In Roman times, Villette was known as a trading post on the north-south European route. But it was not until the 12th century that Cistercian monks from Burgundy began to plant vines on a large scale in Lavaux. They conquered the steep slopes dotted with scrub, shrubs and stones known as ‘dailles’, which etymologically gave rise to the name of today’s hamlet, ‘Le Daley’.
The creation of the estate is linked to a branch of the de Diesbach family, whose ancestor governed the region as bailiff at the end of the 16th century and probably dates back to 1565.
Since 1921, when Auguste Chollet bought the estate, the vineyard has been carefully managed by four successive generations.
Ernest (1930 – 1970), Alfred (1970-1992) … and for the last 28 years, Alain have successively taken over responsibility for this centuries-old estate.
The area under vine has changed little since then, but the diversification of grape varieties, the modernisation of the cellar and the estate’s focus on wine tourism have enabled it to retain a special place in the hearts of its many friends and lovers of fine wines. Since Alain took over the estate, it has resolutely turned towards more ecological practices, with the Vitiswiss certificate crowning its efforts. Although he does not have a label for this, the winegrower has been pest control without the use of synthetic products since 2014.
Domaine de Montbenay
Located in Mont-sur-Rolle, in the La Côte wine region, Domaine de Montbenay is a family-owned estate with roots dating back to the Middle Ages. The de Watteville family took possession of the estate in 1543. Today, the 16th generation, Paul de Watteville, has taken over the reins of the estate alongside his father Maurice, the guardian of family tradition.
After completing his oenology studies, Paul honed his skills at prestigious wine estates in Switzerland and Burgundy. It was in this legendary French region that he discovered a true passion for Pinot Noir—a grape variety he now highlights in his winemaking, with a precise, respectful, and innovative approach. His ambition: to produce great age-worthy Vaudois Pinot Noirs that fully express the character of their terroir while standing alongside the finest red wines of Switzerland.
The estate spans 8 hectares of vineyards cultivated using environmentally friendly methods. Since 2015, the use of herbicides and chemical products has been entirely abandoned in favor of natural practices. As of 2023, the estate is officially certified BioSuisse Winemaking, carried out in the estate’s historic cellars, follows a low-intervention philosophy. Paul favors natural fermentations, extended aging periods, and a variety of vessels—barrels, terracotta amphorae, and large wooden casks—to reveal the unique personality of each grape variety.
Domaine de Montbenay grows a wide range of white and red grape varieties: Chasselas, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Vermentino, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Diolinoir, Galotta, and Garanoir. Pinot Noir, in particular, receives special attention, reflecting Paul’s Burgundian influence and his pursuit of elegance, finesse, and depth.

Domaine de la Chenalettaz
The Chevalley family settled on the shores of Lake Geneva in 1434, long before Christopher Columbus set foot in the Americas. They took root at La Chenalettaz, a small stream that separates two of Lavaux’s most prestigious appellations: Dézaley Grand Cru and Calamin Grand Cru. This stream would later give its name to the family estate.
Originally men of law and justice, the Chevalleys shared from the very beginning a deep passion for viticulture and an unwavering attachment to their land. Growing up in the heart of such an exceptional vineyard made the calling to become a winemaker almost inevitable.
Today, Jean-François Chevalley represents the 19th generation, supported by his wife Margarita. Their son Benjamin, currently completing his studies in oenology, carries the legacy forward as the 20th generation.
Several generations later, the tradition continues with pride and precision: crafting wines that express the singularity and richness of a terroir recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Domaine Butticaz
The Butticaz Family – Winemakers for Seven Generations
The Butticaz are an old Vaud family, with the first written record of their presence in this beautiful canton dating back to 1406. For over 200 years, the family has been cultivating vines and producing wine in the heart of the Dézaley.
Today, Sébastien and Esther Butticaz represent the seventh generation working on the family estate.
The Dézaley, shaped centuries ago by Cistercian monks from Burgundy, is composed of countless small terraces. Due to the steep slopes, all vineyard work—from pruning to harvest—is carried out by hand.
Our estate is farmed with respect for the environment, following the guidelines of organic production. Year after year, we strive to express the very best of our magnificent terroir.
Crafting wine by hand for seven generations – a true family heritage.

Domaine Chaudet
Since 1912, the Chaudet family has cultivated vineyards across the most prestigious appellations of Lavaux — Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Rivaz, and the iconic Dézaley.
It all began with Emile Chaudet, who left behind mixed farming to devote himself entirely to viticulture. He acquired the Domaine du Grillon — a historic winemaker’s house surrounded by exceptional vines — and with it, a parcel in the heart of Dézaley, passed down through generations.
Paul Chaudet, Emile’s son, became both a renowned winemaker and a major political figure, serving twice as President of the Swiss Confederation. Though politics often took him away from the vineyard, he remained deeply committed to Lavaux and Swiss wine. Alongside him, his wife Madeleine ensured the estate’s continuity with tireless dedication.
The Domaine was later expanded and modernized by their son Jean-Paul and his wife Marianne, who brought recognition to Chaudet wines across Switzerland. Today, Véronique Chaudet Briaux and her husband Jean-Marie carry on the family legacy with their son Titouan, who joined them in 2019.
Now in its fourth generation, the family remains deeply committed to traditional, honest winemaking. Their wines reflect their values: precise, passionate, and personal.
Domaine Didier Imhof
Born on February 10, 1969, Didier Imhof took over the family estate in 1997. A true nature enthusiast, he has continued the family legacy with passion—upholding tradition while blending know-how with a deep respect for the original character of the wines.
The estate spans 2.5 hectares of terraced vineyards nestled in the heart of one of the most stunning gems of the Lake Geneva region, within the UNESCO-listed Lavaux area. Since 1850, the Imhof family has been based in Rivaz, where the main cellar overlooks the serene waters of Lake Geneva.
Tucked into the generous landscape of Lavaux, the estate’s vineyards thrive on steep slopes, embraced by ancient stone walls that bear witness to centuries of winemaking heritage.

Domaine Dussex
Domaine Dussex is a family-owned winery established in 1990, located in the heart of Valais, in the picturesque village of Saillon. The estate’s vineyards are primarily cultivated on terraced slopes, benefiting from optimal sun exposure and a rich, characterful terroir. Dry-stone walls, carefully maintained, enhance the charm of the landscape and reflect a deep-rooted winemaking heritage.
Our wines are crafted with respect for tradition, while embracing select modern technologies that meet our high standards of quality. Every step of the production process is meticulously overseen to ensure that our know-how and passion are reflected in each bottle.
A remarkable historical note: on June 12, 1052, a vineyard in Valais was mentioned for the very first time in written records. That very site, steeped in centuries of viticultural history, is now part of Domaine Dussex—a testament to the enduring legacy of winegrowing in this exceptional region.
Domaine Potterat
Domaine Potterat is a family-run estate cultivating 3.6 hectares of terraced vineyards, producing around 34,000 bottles annually. In 2020, Guillaume Potterat and his wife Eliane took over the estate from his father and uncle. For generations, we have been carrying on a tradition of winemaking in one of the most beautiful regions in the world.
Lavaux is renowned for its heroic vineyards that plunge into Lake Geneva, shaped by stone walls and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the heart of Villette, in the locality known as Les Courseboux, small plots enjoy exceptional sunlight. Traditional Chasselas grows alongside newer grape varieties, all thriving in this uniquely favorable environment.
We pay special attention to our vines, cultivated with respect for nature. Manual labor is key to harvesting high-quality grapes. Our traditional manual press—symbolized by the three segments in our logo—has gently pressed each year’s harvest since 1881. In the large wooden barrels of our cellar, we age truly unique wines. As an independent winegrower and winemaker, we are passionate about sharing our love for wine.
Chasselas is a grape that expresses itself differently depending on the terroir. In Courseboux, the heavy soils yield our estate’s signature wine—powerful and mineral. Meanwhile, in Epesses, where the soil is clay-limestone, the Chasselas is rounder, fresher, and more fruit-forward.
From our Les Côtes de Courseboux parcels, we craft a gastronomic Chasselas from old vines, offering complex aromas and excellent aging potential. We also produce Savagnin Blanc, with its golden yellow hue and structured profile, marked by citrus notes.
Last but not least, we proudly cultivate Plant Robert, a historic red grape native to Lavaux. This wine of character is known for its spicy notes and strong identity.

Domaine Gaillard
Our estate was created in 1964, before which we were farmers and shepherds. Since 1964 we have worked our land with love and respect for the terroir. Today, we work as a family, and are proud to be able to offer exceptional wines.
When you stand on the terrace of our estate, you understand the richness of Lavaux. It’s much more than a vineyard, it’s a picture postcard that evolves to the rhythm of the winegrowers.
We now cultivate 15 hectares of vines, from Lutry to Dézaley. We have around 35 different grape varieties on the estate and are proud to be able to offer our customers an impressive diversity of wines.
Domaine Bovy
Located in Chexbres, Domaine Bovy is a historic family estate whose winemaking roots trace back to the 16th century, with the first vines acquired in 1779. The Bovy family has carried on this tradition across four generations: Henri Bovy began cultivating the vines in 1925, Maurice started bottling and selling the wines in 1937, Bernard took over in 1960, followed by his sons Vincent and Eric in 1997. Today, the estate is managed by Bertrand and Eric, representing the fourth generation.
The winery is emblematic of the finest Vaudois traditions, featuring large oak foudres—some over a century old—decorated with paintings and sculptures by Maurice Bovy. The estate also offers a beautiful reception space with a veranda overlooking Lake Léman and the Alps, accommodating up to fifty guests.
Chasselas dominates the estate’s vineyards, covering around 80% of its sunny, south-facing slopes on clay-limestone soils. It is complemented by white varieties such as Pinot Gris, Viognier, Gewürztraminer, and Savagnin Blanc, the latter thriving in sandier plots. The red varieties include Pinot Noir (the estate’s largest red production), Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, Diolinoir, and Merlot—each cultivated according to the soil best suited to its expression.

Domaine Histoire d’Enfer
At the heart of the Swiss Alps, Histoire d’Enfer stands out as one of Switzerland’s most ambitious and singular wine ventures.
From its beginnings in 2008, the Domaine has pursued a vision well beyond convention: crafting wines of rare precision, complexity, and elegance from the steep, limestone-rich slopes of Valais. Today, with 12 hectares across Corin, Miège, Sierre, and Varen-Salquenen, it produces over twenty distinctive cuvées—white, red, and sweet—that embody the extraordinary diversity of this alpine terroir.
Founded by four friends, including Dr. Patrick Regamey, Doctor of Medicine and former fragrance “nose”, Histoire d’Enfer combines medical rigor, olfactory sensitivity, and viticultural artistry. The vineyards are farmed entirely by hand, without synthetic products, and yields are deliberately limited to 250–600 grams per vine to capture the purest essence of each parcel. In the cellar, a minimalist, non-interventionist approach—often with whole clusters—preserves authenticity and finesse.
Acclaimed internationally, and present on many of the world’s finest tables, Histoire d’Enfer is today recognized not only for its wines, but for its exceptional potential to redefine the place of Swiss wine on the global stage.
