At SUI Wine Imports, we specialize in exclusive, limited-edition Swiss wines offered through a pre-sale model. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been confirmed, except in the rare case of a proven fault or damage caused during delivery from our UK warehouse.
Please read the following details carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
As our wines are:
- Pre-sold and reserved by the crate
- Sourced directly from Swiss winemakers
- Shipped in original packaging for traceability and quality control
we cannot accept any returns or provide refunds for any reason including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Delays prior to dispatch from Switzerland
- Preference or taste-related reasons
- Gifting issues
This policy ensures the integrity and exclusivity of each wine reference.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives visibly damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your crate at sui-wineimports@protonmail.com with the following:
- Your order confirmation number
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and bottles
All claims will be reviewed individually. If your claim is approved, we may offer either:
- A replacement (if stock permits)
- A store credit or partial refund
SUI Wine Imports reserves the right to determine appropriate compensation based on the extent of the damage.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse once the full allocation of each reference is sold. Shipping to your UK address is included in the product price and cannot be separated or refunded.
We do not cover return shipping costs in any case, nor can we accept unsolicited returns.
