1. Products & Availability

All wines sold on our website are limited-edition, pre-sale products available by the crate (6 bottles per order). Due to the rarity of each wine, availability is not guaranteed after stock is sold out.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

2. Pre-Sale Model

Your purchase secures a crate from a specific wine reference.
Shipping only occurs once the full allocation (pallet) of that wine reference is sold out. This may result in a delayed dispatch, depending on demand.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this pre-sale model and the potential wait before your wine is delivered.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in British Pounds (GBP) and include:

• Product cost

• UK delivery

• Applicable taxes and duties

Prices are subject to change at any time. Once your order is placed and confirmed, your price is locked.

4. Payment

We accept direct debit card payments through our secure online checkout. Your payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation.

We do not store your card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

Once the wine is shipped to our UK warehouse, final delivery to your provided address will occur within 1–3 working days.
You will receive tracking information automatically via email.

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

6. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [insert email address] with photos and order details.

We reserve the right to assess and resolve claims on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any abuse or violation of these terms.
